Remodeling projects are quick to receive a construction permit, especially for fast flip homes. This project in San Carlos was done in just 5 months including architectural plans development and permit process.

Pretty standard ranch style home had too many walls in a living area. We tried to keep existing floor plan for budget purposes and didn’t have to touch any bearing walls.

Existing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home was completely renovated inside with few partition walls removal. With the exception of windows and exterior, everything else was upgraded.

We also got rid of the pool on a rear yard and set a lawn, de-installed all pool equipment as well to provide a spacious feel.

For kitchen and bathrooms we used semi-custom cabinetry with shaker style doors, appliances and plumbing fixtures were owner-select. For ceramic tile in bathrooms we used local suppliers and matched the original interior design with tile stock items.
